ان المجلس الاعلى للجمارك,

بناء على المادة 299 من قانون الجمارك,

وبناء على اقتراح مدير الجمارك العام

يقرر ما يلي:

مادة 1: يلغى نظام الحساب المفتوح المعمول به على الحدود الجنوبية.

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
