مادة 1: تعدل تعريفة الجمارك كما يلي:

رقم صنف البضائع وحدة التعريفة التعريفة التعريفة التعريفة الاستيفاء القصوى العادية المطبقة على البضائع الفلسطينية

134 المعاجين الغذائية القيمة 50 % 25 % 16،70 %

المادة 2

مادة 2: يطبق هذا القرار ضمن الشرائط والاحكام المنصوص عنها في قانون الجمارك وخاصة ما جاء في مادتيه رقم 13 و14

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة الى ذلك
