بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تمنح الانسة سهى محمد نبيل عباس , اللبنانية الجنسية, ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر في حارة حريك باسم: "دار المدار للطباعة والنشر".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
