ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/5/1995 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 97 تاريخ 16/9/83 (دمج مؤسسات عامة

بوزارة

الزراعة واعادة تنظيم هذه الوزارة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/94 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتحديد

ملاكها...),

بناء على القرار رقم 70/1 تاريخ 10 آب 1995 (الروزنامة الزراعية),

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يسمح باستيراد الفستق الحلبي ابتداء من 10 تشرين الاول ولغاية 31 آب.

مادة 2: يلغى كل نص يتعارض ومضمون هذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم.
