مادة 1: يفوض الى الدكتور وليد عمار مدير عام وزارة الصحة العامة صلاحية توقيع واصدار: 1­ اجازات ممارسة المهن الطبية وشبه الطبية كافة. 2­ اجازات حمل لقب اختصاص طبي. 3­ اجازات حمل لقب اختصاص في طب الاسنان. 4­ اجازات ممارسة مهنة الصيدلة.

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
