المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: اولا: يمنع الرعي منعا باتا في الاراضي المشاعية التي تعرضت لحرائق, وذلك لمدة خمس سنوات حفاظا على فترة الحضانة للنباتات البرية, ومن اجل استعادة الغطاء النباتي ومنعا لانجراف التربة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ثانيا: تتولى الاجهزة المختصة ملاحقة المخالفين.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ثالثا: يعتبر هذا القرار نافذا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
