المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع مرور السيارات والشاحنات والعجلات على الطريق الخاصة العائدة لمصلحة الغابات والممتدة من مفرق عكار العتيقة لغاية القموعة الا باذن خاص خطي من وزارة الزراعة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكلف مهندس زراعة لبنان الشمالي او من ينتدبه باعطاء مأذونيات اجتياز هذه الطريق.

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار يطبق عليها العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قانون الغابات .

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
