بناء على المرسوم رقم 4452 تاريخ 9 نيسان 1966

وبناء على المادة 69 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 189 تاريخ 18

حزيران 1942

وبناء على قانون التنظيم القضائي

وبعد موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى بتاريخ 14 حزيران 1966

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تقوم غرفة الاستئناف الجزائية في كل من محافظة لبنان الشمالي وجبل لبنان ولبنان الجنوبي والبقاع بوظائف المحاكم الاستثنائية المنصوص عليها في المادة 69 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 189 تاريخ 18 حزيران 1942.

المادة 2

يقوم قاضي التحقيق الاول في كل من المحافظات الخمس بوظيفة قاضي تحقيق لدى المحكمة الاستثنائية المبينة اعلاه.

المادة 3

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
