ان وزير البيئة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القانون رقم 216 تاريخ 02/04/1993

(احداث وزارة البيئة),

بناء على القانون 18 حزيران 1952 المتعلق

بنظام الصيد البري,

بناء على القانون 360 تاريخ 01/08/1994

(الاجازة للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية الامم

المتحدة للتنوع البيولوجي),

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

منع استيراد الآت النداء والآت الاجتذاب واشرطة اصوات الطيور على انواعها.

المادة 2

منع الاتجار ومنع استعمال الآلات والاشرطة المذكورة.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذه وتطبيقه.
