بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة),

بناء على القرار رقم 182/1 تاريخ 27/08/1998

(تشكيل المجلس الزراعي الاعلى في وزارة

الزراعة),

والحاقا بالقرار رقم 226/1 تاريخ 15/10/1998

(تعيين مستشارين في المجلس الزراعي الاعلى),
