ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القرار رقم 2775 تاريخ 28/09/1929

المتعلق بمراقبة الصيد البحري الساحلي,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة) لا سيما المادة 100 منه,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: - يمنع منعا باتا ولمدة ثلاث سنوات استعمال الشباك الجارفة (جواريف البر) على طول الشاطىء اللبناني كل اوقات السنة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: - تطبق بحق المخالفين القوانين المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 3

مادة 3: - ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
