بناء على محضر انتخابه,

بناء على قانون البلديات لا سيما المادة 77 منه,

بناء على القرار الرئاسي رقم 96 تاريخ

24/06/1998 الذي موجبه فوض نائب رئيس البلدية

المهندس كمال خليل ببعض الصلاحيات,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يلغى القرار الرئاسي رقم 96 تاريخ 24/6/1998 بجميع احكامه وبنوده والقاضي بتفويض نائب رئيس البلدية المهندس كمال خليل ببعض الصلاحيات للاسباب المبينة اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار وفي الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى صاحب العلاقة وحيث تدعو الحاجة وفقا للاصول.
