وبناء على القرار رقم 4702 تاريخ 28/12/1991

القاضي بادراج اسم "شركة البترول اللبنانية

للصيرفة - محمود خليفة وشركاؤه" على لائحة

مؤسسات الصرافة تحت رقم 310 ,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 21/41/99

تاريخ 13 تشرين الاول 1999

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة البتول اللبنانية للصيرفة­ محمود خليفة وشركاؤه" المسجل في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 310

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
