بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998 ,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962 ,

بناء على العلم والخبر رقم 176/اد تاريخ

20/04/1965 المعطى بتأسيس الجمعية المسماة:

"جمعية هونين الخيرية وتعديله رقم 616/اد

تاريخ 11/12/1965 والممثلة برئيسها السيد

خليل شحرور,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من جمعية هونين الخيرية

والمسجل تحت رقم 391 تاريخ 18/09/99 (طلب الترخيص

باصدار المطبوعة),

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح جمعية هونين الخيرية ممثلة برئيسها السيد خليل شحرور ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية غير سياسية باللغة العربية باسم: «بلا حدود»

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
