06/08/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة

في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 8041 تاريخ

31/01/2002 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات

الصرافة لعام 2002,

وبناء على القرار رقم 7381 تاريخ

21/09/1999 القاضي بادراج اسم "شركة

فارس احمد وشريكته للصيرفة" على لائحة

مؤسسات الصرافة تحت رقم 493,

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا

رقم 2/7/02 تاريخ 02/09/2002,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة فارس أحمد وشريكته للصيرفة" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 493

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
