ان شركة LEAD Contracing And Trading Limited المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٤/٥/٢٨، تحت رقم ٢٧٧٥ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٩/١٧، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٤/٥٧٨٦، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار صادر عن الشركة الأم 96Three Holding Ltd.، من جزر العذراء البريطانية، بتاريخ ٢٠٢٣/٧/٢٥، تحويل شركة LEAD Contracing And Trading Limited من شركة أوفشور تأسست في المنطقة الحرة لجبل علي، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الى شركة مؤسسة عاملة ومرخصة في المنطقة الحرة لجبل علي، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، كما تعديل اسمها من: LEAD Contracing And Trading Limited الى: LEAD Energy Group FZE (Limited Liability)، وبالتالي وتبعا
لذلك، تعديل اسم المكتب التمثيلي في لبنان ليصبح: LEAD Energy Group FZE - Lebanon، وتقرر أخيرا إضافة النشاطات التالية: خدمات إدارة المشاريع ومقاولات المشاريع الجاهزة المتكاملة.
