قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/٤، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٤/٦٤٠١، بأنها قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٧/١٨، إقفال فرعها في لبنان، وتفويض السيد Bengt Ekstrand باتخاذ أي إجراءات لازمة من أجل تنفيذ إقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان.
