ان الشركة الأولى للأغذية الرياضية ذ.م.م. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٤/١/١٦، تحت رقم ٢٢٧٢ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/١٩، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٤/٦٥٦٣، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الهيئة العامة غير العادي المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٩/٢٩، تعيين السيد محمد عقاب صالح مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منح المدير الصلاحيات اللازمة لإدارة الفرع.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
