ان شركة ناشونال إنسترومنتس ليبانون المحدودة المسؤولية National Instruments Lebanon LLC المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٤/٧/٢٩، تحت رقم ٢٢٩٤ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/١٩، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٤/٦٥٦١، بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ ٢٠٢٣/٦/٦، حل وإلغاء تسجيل فرعها في لبنان باسم ناشونال إنسترومنتس ليبانون المحدودة المسؤولية/فرع لبنان المعروفة أيضا بناشونال إنسترومنتس أرابيا (National Instruments Lebanon LLC/Lebanon Branch also known as National Instruments Arabia). كما تقرر أيضا، من بين أمور أخرى، أن مسؤولي الشركة مفوضون وموجهون ومخولون لاتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة أو المناسبة لتنفيذ القرارات المذكورة أعلاه باسم الشركة ونيابة عنها.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
