إن شركة Kenexa Middle East FZ LLC المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٩/٩/١٥، تحت رقم ٢٥١٦ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١/١٣، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/١٨٨، بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٠/١٥، الموافقة على ميزانية التصفية الخاصة بفرع الشركة في لبنان، وإبراء ذمة المصفي إبراء عاما شاملا بهذا الخصوص، وإعلان اكتمال إجراءات حلّ وتصفية الفرع المذكور نهائيا، وشطب الفرع في لبنان، وتفويض المصفي الطلب الى وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة والسجل التجاري بإتمام معاملة الشطب وإجراء معاملات النشر القانونية اللازمة لهذه الغاية.
واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
