ان شركة مؤسسة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية المسجلة
بتاريخ ١٩٩٦/١١/٧، تحت رقم ١٠١٥ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/٢٧، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/١١٢٨، بأنها قد عينت السيد محمد فتحي عبد الوهاب محمد سعود مدير بلد بالوكالة - الجمهورية اللبنانية، وقد فوضته للقيام بكافة أعمال الشركة في لبنان، وبتسجيلها لدى الجهات الرسمية، وأن يكون الممثل القانوني والمفوض بصورة قانونية عنها ومقره الجمهورية اللبنانية، مع منحه صلاحيات أخرى وردت في كتاب إقرار تعيين وتفويض صلاحيات مؤرخ في ٢٠٢٤/٩/١١.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
