ان شركة MCGRAW-HILL EDUCATION (UK) LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٤/١٢/٩،
تحت رقم ٢٧٩٣ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/١٠، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٠٦٩، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار خطي بالإجماع صادر عن مجلس إدارة الشركة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/٢١ ، / … إغلاق وحلّ وتصفية وإلغاء تسجيل مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان. كما تقرر تعيين السيد جاك سعد و/أو شربل معلوف من Forvis Mazars لغرض التصفية، مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة لتنفيذ جميع الإجراءات المطلوبة لحلّ وتصفية المكتب التمثيلي.
