LOGGING DMCC المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٩/١١/١، تحت رقم ٢٩٧١ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٣/٢٨، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/١٨١٩، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة الصادر بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/١٤، حلَّ فرع الشركة في لبنان وتصفيته وتوقيفه عن العمل بشكل اختياري نظرا للأوضاع الأمنية الراهنة. كما تقرر تعيين السيد مالك محمد ماهر قباني كمصفٍّ للفرع، مع منحه الصلاحيات القانونية اللازمة لاتخاذ كافة الإجراءات المطلوبة لتصفية الفرع وحلّه وتوقيفه عن العمل.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
