إن وزير الاتصالات

بناء على المرسوم ٥٣ تاريخ ۲۰۲٥/۲/۸ (تشكيل الحكومة).

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم ۱۰ تاريخ ۱۹۹۹/٦/۹ (من المحضر رقم ۲۷) لا سيما البند ۱۲ منه العائد لمسؤولية شركة ليبان بوست في انتاج وتوزيع وحفظ الطوابع البريدية تحت سلطة الوزير ومراقبته ووفق القوانين والأنظمة اللبنانية، وأن تتحمل تكاليف صنعها.

بناء على قرار رقم ٥٥٩/أ تاريخ ۲۰۲٥/۱۰/۹ المتعلق بإصدار طابع بريدي عادي.

بناء على محضر لجنة الاستلام والحريق في المديرية العامة للبريد،

ونظرا لضرورة تحديد موعد وضع هذا الطابع في التداول وشروط بيعه.

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للبريد.

- يقرر ما يأتي -

المادة 1

تضع وزارة الاتصالات - المديرية العامة للبريد في التداول بالتنسيق مع شركة ليبان بوست الطابع البريدي العادي وفقا لما يلي:

موضوع الطابع | الفئة ل. ل. | العدد | تاريخ الوضع في التداول

«نادي هواة الطوابع» | ٥٠,٠٠٠ | ٥٠,٠٠٠ | ۲۰۲٥/۱۱/۲۱

المادة 2

يجري بيع الطابع البريدي العادي الوارد في المادة الأولى من هذا القرار في جميع المكاتب البريدية، وتطبق عليه التعليمات الخاصة المبينة في القرار المتعلق بإصداره.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة، وتلصق نسخة عنه على لوحة جميع المكاتب البريدية.
