إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،
بناء على القانون رقم ٣٤٧ تاريخ ٢٠٠١/٨/٦ المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادتين السادسة عشرة والثامنة عشرة منه،
وبناء على القرار رقم ١٣٦٨٨ تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١/١٦ القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام ٢٠٢٥،
وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم ٢٥/٧/١٠ المتخذ في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١١/٦،
يقرر ما يأتي:
بيروت في ٢٨ تشرين الثاني ٢٠٢٥
