مادة 1: يصادر ويمنع دخول كتاب "La main droite" لمؤلفه "NICOLE VIDAL" الصادر في باريس الى الاراضي البنانية.

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها لاحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة 50 قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962.
