بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

بناء على القرار الصادر عن محافظ

جبل لبنان رقم 687/أ تاريخ

17/11/2000 والقاضي بقبول استقالة

خمسة اعضاء من مجلس بلدية الفنار,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من

المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات).

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر المجلس البلدي في بلدة الفنار­ قضاء المتن في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام المتن اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
