يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تنشأ في بلدة قنابة برمانا قضاء المتن في محافظة جبل لبنان بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية قنابة برمانا".

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن النطاق البلدي لبلدية قنابة برمانا هو النطاق العقاري للبلدة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
