يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية درب السيم - قضاء صيدا في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
