المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 128/اد تاريخ 19/4/1966 القاضي بانشاء بلدية موحدة في قريتي عين الصفصاف ومار مخايل بنابيل(قضاء المتن)والتي تحدد هذه المادة نطاق البلديات .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد النطاق البلدي الاداري لبلدية الشوير وفقا للخرائط المرفقة. بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 34 تاريخ 20/1/1969, المشار اليه اعلاه. والقاضي بالابقاء على حدودهما كما كانت محددة بقرار وزارة الداخلية رقم 11850 تاريخ 30/11/ 1937

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 228/اد تاريخ 2 تموز 1974 على النحو التالي: يحددالنطاق البلدي لبلدية الشوير وفقا لما جاء بقرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 34 تاريخ 20/1/1969 اي بالابقاء على حدودها كما كانت محددة بقرار وزارة الداخلية رقم 1850 تاريخ 30/11/1937 مع الحفاظ على النطاق العقاري لبلدية القعقور. والباقي دون تعديل.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
