بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ

09/09/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة

ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي),

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الخبير السيد

انطوان جورج الحايك المتضمن شطب اسمه من

جدول الخبراء,

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى تاريخ

07/01/1999,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة العدل,

يقرر ما يأتي:
