المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تصادر وسائل النقل اللازمة من صهاريج وشاحنات واتوبيسات وسيارات سياحة, مع سائقيها ومعاونيهم, او من يلزم لها من سائقين ومعاونين.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعتمد لتحديد وسائط النقل المصادرة والاشخاص الذين يشملهم هذا القرار اللائحة التي تضعها وزارة الاشغال العامة, ويبلغ اصحاب العلاقة وفقا للقانون.

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل معارضة لتنفيذ هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبيها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 9 من المرسوم الاشتراعي 167 .

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
