ان وزير التربية الوطنية والشباب والرياضة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

بناء على القانون رقم 16/72 تاريخ 15/12/1972

وتعديلاته,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9104 تاريخ 11/9/1996

وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار رقم 740 تاريخ 23/10/1992

(القاضي بتأسيس نادي السلام الرياضي),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للشباب والرياضة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ينقل مقر جمعية السلام الرياضية المرخصة بالقرار رقم 740 تاريخ 23/10/1992، من عالية، قضاء عالية، محافظة جبل لبنان، إلى محافظة جبل لبنان، قضاء عالية، منطقة البساتين.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
