ان رئيس بلدية حاريص ,

بناء على محضر انتخابه,

بناء على قانون البلديات لا سيما المادة 77 منه

ونظرا لاضطرار رئيس البلدية مغادرة الاراضي

اللبنانية مرات عديدة لمتابعة اعماله في

الخارج ونظرا لكون نائب الرئيس كثيرا لمغادرة

الاراضي اللبنانية لمتابعة اعماله في الخارج

وحرصا على سير العمل في البلدية,

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض عضو المجلس البلدي السيد علي حسين نصور بتوقيع المعاملات التالية: رخص بناء­ محاضر تخمين سعر المتر البيعي علم وخبر­ افادة اشتراك بالكهرباء والهاتف.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يصبح هذا القرار نافذا فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
