المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعلق جميع القرارات الصادرة عن هذه الوزارة المتعلقة بتحديد مواقيت الفتح والاقفال في نطاق جميع المحافظات وذلك حتى العاشر من شهر تشرين الاول سنة 1970 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا التعليق حقوق الاجراء المكتسبة بموجب القرارات المشار اليها بالمادة السابقة وعلى اصحاب العمل تمكينهم من ايام الراحة والتعطيل كما هي محددة بهذه القرارات مع مراعاة احكام المادة 35 من قانون العمل والمتعلقة بوجوب تعليق بيانا بساعات العمل للاجراء يحدد ساعات عملهم الاسبوعي.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام,

مادة 4: يشنر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
