ان وزير المالية,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 151 تاريخ

12/06/1959 (تنظيم رقابة الدولة على ادارة

حصر التبغ والتنباك),

بناء على القرار رقم 903/1 تاريخ 04/11/1999

(الترخيص بادخال بعض اصناف السجائر من منشأ

يوناني),

بناء على اقتراح ادارة حصر التبغ والتنباك

بكتابها رقم 577 تاريخ 25/11/1999,

وبعد اخذ رأي مدير المالية العامة ومفوض

الحكومة بكتابه رقم 1013 تاريخ 25/11/1999,

يقرر ما ياتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصحح في المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 903/1 تاريخ 04/11/1999 اسم الشركة المنتجة بحيث تصبح "شركة غولدان براون انترناسيونال ليمتد القبرصية" بدلا من "شركة براون انترناسيونال ليمتد القبرصية".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره ويبلغ من يلزم.
