المادة 1

مادة 1: يعلق مفعول القرار رقم: 456/1تاريخ 30/7/1971 المتعلق بتحديد مواقيت الاقفال لاصحاب محلات بيع السجاد في مدينة بيروت والمنطقة الحرة, وذلك حتى اشعار آخر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا التعليق حقوق الاجراء المكتسبة وعلى اصحاب المحلات المشار اليها في مادة 1 من هذا القرار تمكينهم من ايام الراحة والتعطيل مع مراعاة المادة 35 من قانون العمل والمتعلق بوجوب تعليق بيان بساعات العمل للاجراء يحدد ساعات عملهم الاسبوعية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
