المادة 1

مادة 1: يعلق مفعول القرار رقم 61/ 1 تاريخ 11/2/1967 المتعلق بتحديد مواقيت الاقفال لتجار الجوخ في شارعي فخري بك واللنبي في بيروت وذلك حتى اشعار آخر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا التعليق حقوق الاجراء المكتسبة وعلى اصحاب المحلات المشار اليها في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار تمكينهم من ايام الراحة والتعطيل مع مراعاة المادة 35 من قانون العمل والمتعلق بوجوب تعليق بيان بساعات العمل للاجراء يحدد ساعات عملهم الاسبوعية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
