مادة 1: تحدد علاوات الرسوم الجوية على الطرود البريدية المنقولة بالطريق الجوي وفقا للجدول الملحق بهذا القرار

مادة 2: يستوفى بالاضافة الى علاوة الرسوم المذكورة في المادة السابقة, رسم للتعليف يوازي خمسة عشر بالمئة من قيمة هذه العلاوة
