يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة "SIGNS OF THE TIMES" الشهرية, غير السياسية, ليصبح "SIGN MIDDLE EAST"

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
