بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة نهلا محمد رشيد النملي، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية غير سياسية باللغة العربية باسم «البنك والمستثمر».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 2 كانون الثاني 1999 وزير الإعلام أنور محمد الخليل
