بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد انطونيوس يوسف يونس

والمسجل تحت رقم 339 تاريخ 23/08/1993 (طلب الترخيص

بانشاء الدار),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد انطونيوس يوسف يونس , اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر مدرسية في ذوق مكايل باسم: "دار مكتبة يونس للنشر".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
