ان وزير البيئة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995 (تشكيل

الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6905 تاريخ 26/06/1995 (تعيين

وزير البيئة),

بناء على القانون 216 تاريخ 08/04/1993 ولا سيما المادتان

الثانية والخامسة منه,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

(عدلت بموجب قرار 41 / 1996 )

يخضع استيراد مادة الحرير الصخري (Amiante , Asbestos) رقم التعرفة الجمركية 25.24 الى اجازة استيراد مسبقة تعطى من وزارة البيئة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم ويعمل به فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
