مادة 1: يعاد العمل بالمادة التاسعة الجديدة من القرار رقم 1879 تاريخ 18/06/1993 الموقوف تنفيذها بموجب قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 91 تاريخ 21/09/1993

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور نشره.
