مادة 1: تلغى الاصناف الاتية من السجاير الاجنبية المجاز بيعها في لبنان: سكاير اميركية تنيسون يورك جمل بدون فلتر سكاير انكليزية بيتر ستايفيسانت سكاير فرنسية سلتيك فونتونوا

المادة 2

مادة 2: يسمح لادارة حصر التبغ والتنباك بيع الموجودات لديها من هذه الاصناف ضمن الشروط المنصوص عنها في المادة 6 الفقرة 2 من القرار رقم 1786/1 تاريخ 31/7/1967.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
