مادة 2: يلغى القرار رقم 2350/1 تاريخ 24 تموز سنة 1965 المتعلق بالترخيص باستيراد اصناف جديدة من السجاير الاجنبية

مادة 3: يعاد النظر في الانظمة المتعلقة بتحديد شروط استيراد السجاير الاجنبية وذلك في ضوء المذكرة الموضوعة من قبل ادارة الحصر والتي هي الان قيد الدرس .

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ الى من يلزم.
