وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف

لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ

10 شباط 1999,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

المادة 1: يوضع موضع التنفيذ النظام المتعلق بالتداول باسهم المصارف اللبنانية.

المادة 2

المادة 2: تلغى النصوص التنظيمية التالية الصادرة عن مصرف لبنان: - التعميم للمصارف رقم 612 تاريخ 20/12/1985 - التعميم للمصارف رقم 720 تاريخ 28/3/1987 - التعميم للمصارف رقم 1018 تاريخ 12/4/1991

المادة 3

المادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 4

المادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
