المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض الى السيد فؤاد صوايا, مدير عام وزارة التربية الوطنية, توقيع طلبات عقد النفقة العائدة الى: الادارة المركزية, مصلحة التعليم الثانوي, مديرية التعليم الابتدائي والتكميلي, مصلحة اعداد المعلمين, مصلحة الرياضة البدنية والكشفية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يفوض الى كل من السيد محمد رعد مدير التعليم المهني, السيد موريس شهاب الحافظ العام للاثار, السيد واصف بارودي, امين دار الكتب الوطنية توقيع طلبات عقد النفقة الخاصة بالادارة التي يشرف عليها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يلغى القرار رقم 888 تاريخ 21/12/1955.

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
