المادة 1

مادة 1: يعين الحد الاقصى: للاشتراك الشهري لايقاف السيارات في المرائب المسقوفة بخمس واربعين ليرة لبنانية, وفي المرائب المكشوفة بثلاثين ليرة لبنانية اي الحد الاقصى لمجموع بدل الوقوف اليومي على مدى ثلاثين يوما.

مادة 1: تعدل الفقرة الاولى من المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 4/ أت تاريخ 23 كانون الثاني 1975 بحيث تصبح كما يلي: يعين الحد الاقصى للاشتراك الشهري لايقاف السيارات في المرائب المسقوفة بخمس وستين ليرة لبنانية. تبقى سائر احكام القرار المنوه عنه بدون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في القوانين النافذة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
