مادة 1: تحدد الكفالة المتوجبة على كل من محاسب وامين صندوق ومحتسب مكتب تنفيذ المشروع الاخضر بمبلغ خمسة الاف ليرة لبنانية

مادة 2: تكون الكفالة اما نقدا او تعهدا مصرفيا او تأمينا عقاريا وتطبق فيها المواد 2 و3 و4 من المرسوم رقم 2829 تاريخ 14/12/1959
